General Inquiries/Shipping

Where is Candles of Light based?

COL is a small artisanal business based in sunny Singapore! We hand blend, pour and ship orders from our studio. 

Do you have a retail store? Where can I go to smell your scents?

We do not have a physical retail store, but a selection of our products can be found at a few retailers in Singapore. Find the list of our stockist locations here.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! International shipping is calculated at checkout. Please reach out to us at hello@candlesoflight.com if you encounter any problems checking out an international order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For local orders, please allow 3-5 working days for us to process your order. Everything is hand blended and crafted by our tiny team of Lightworkers in small batches - lots of attention to detail goes into creating your order!

Can I include a message with my order, if I'm sending it as a gift?

Absolutely! Include your gift message as a note at checkout, or pop us an email at hello@candlesoflight.com. Be sure to include your order number!

Can I request for my order to be sent in recycled packaging?

We would be most happy to send your order in recycled packaging. If you would like to request for this, simply write a note to us when you check out!

Can I return or refund my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to return or refund orders once they are confirmed. However, in the event that your items arrive damaged, please reach out to us at hello@candlesoflight.com so that we are able to sort this out for you, by sending you a new item, or issuing a refund.

 

About Our Range

I'm not sure which scent to choose. What would you recommend?

We are happy to guide you through choosing a scent that you will love! Our core scent range includes a wide variety of scents, as we believe scent is a deeply personal experience. Feel free to pop us a dm on Instagram, or email us at hello@candlesoflight and we'd be happy to make our recommendations!

Dawn and Dusk, the two scents that COL's core collection started with, are a great place to start. They are our bestsellers, and many of our #COLScentTribe members swear by them!

How long do your candles burn for?

2oz: Burns for up to 10 hours

4oz: Burns for up 20 hours

6oz: Burns for up to 40 hours

8oz: Burns for up to 50 hours

Are you able to do customized scents for events, brands, or special occasions?

What kind of wax do you use in your candles?

We only work with the highest quality soy and beeswax when pouring our candles. Our wax is all-natural, non GMO, and is paraben + sulphate free! For more information on the ingredients we use, visit our What We Believe page here.

I've finished burning my COL candle. Can I get it refilled?

Yes! We love to give our beautiful vessels a second life, and we do refill sessions a few times a year! Look out on our social media @candlesoflight or join our mailing list for updates on when our refill sessions happen.

How can I reuse my empty candle jars?

Many of our customers love to recycle our jars by transforming them into home decor pieces. They make for lovely pen holders, plant and succulent pots, makeup brush holders, or just something gorgeous to add to a really good #shelfie!
