All our products are handcrafted in small batches, and in some situations, they are made to order. Because of this, all products listed as in-stock typically ship within 3 to 5 working days after receiving payment. There may be certain exceptions during busier peak periods throughout the year, or if there's been a note made to our social media/website indicating otherwise.
Due to the natural ingredients and handcrafted nature of our products, refunds are not allowed. However, occasionally items are damaged during the shipping and transit process, and other unforeseen things happen. If the item arrives either broken, leaking or damaged, please send us a note with details of the issues within 7 working days of receiving the defective item for a complete exchange or full refund. No refunds or exchanges on broken items will be granted after the 7 day window.
Candles of Light prides itself on blending all items by hand in small production runs. There may be slight variations in colour or consistency because of the pure raw materials which we use. This is completely normal and embodies the uniqueness of harnessing nature. Nothing in nature is truly identical, and we hope you love these high quality products made with the finest raw materials.
